A Rainwing's Hidden Desire

Oh hey look, its me. This is quite an older comic, something I got a while back, funny to have it come back around again. Also quite funny to read up on the bits people get stuck on. Nev is Night/Rainwing by Pyrrhian standards. But my own personal lore on him has him completely disconnected from the actual lands themselves since he was born. Similar habitats but much different evolution I would say. Never put that kinda thought into it.

this is only the second wings of fire comic I've ever seen on the internet. There HAS to be more, right? this was my favorite series growing up

traits that never had evolutionary reasons to change, such as the hemipenis. That two species of such similar construction would have radically different genitalia is really odd to me, it's like if a Kodiak bear and a black bear had completely different genitalia when the rest of their anatomy is so incredibly similar. Like obviously I'm just being nitpicky, but the shape of the penis is actually something that is surprisingly consistent across extended families in the animal kingdom

I'm not familiar with the source material, but even very distant species relatives should share traits. These dragons are almost identical in physical construction and proportions, so you would think they would belong to a similar family. Let's look at something like the hemipenis as a real-world example. The hemipenis is universal across order Squamata, which ranges from chameleons to skinks to geckos to Komodo dragons to every species of snake. They are RADICALLY different yet all share common

They are different species, it makes sense they would have different penises. The yellow one is a pure Rainwing, the blueish one is a night/rain hybrid it seems. The hybrid has a penis more similar to a Nightwing than a Rainwing. Also, it is way more fun to have all the species having different cocks lol.

Review - Not bad, I think this is pretty average as far as the comics here go though. Firm 5/10. ALthough one thing that does confuse me is that the dragons have two radically different penises? Even if they're like, different breeds of dragon, they would still be part of the same family of species and thus have similar penises. Even the dotted markings are consistent between the two.
